The RO Controller panel is used for RO plants as they have the complete operating logic of the process pre-programmed. The panels basically can take 6 inputs from the 3 devices namely low pressure switch,(l.PS), High pressure switch (l-IPS), Raw water tank level float (RWE), Treated water tank level float (T WL),conductivity & 2 Auxiliary input (Auxiliary input can be configured 7 used in Multiport). A it controls 4 output Raw water pump (RWP), High pressure pump (HPP), the flushing solenoid valve, Dosing pump. The advance electronics also take care of required motor protection such as over load

The RO Controller is used to control RWP HPP motor as per condition of digital inputs & it also protects the motors from unhealthy electrical condition like Under-load & Over-load. It also measure RUN-HOUR 8c total cumulative flow.
